First Year Class Timetables 2026

Class timetable information for first-year students is available here

• First year students, as described on the webpage (link above), are allocated to groups electronically for lecture-, tutorial- and practical groups for modules which are offered in more than one timetable group.
• The group allocation takes place after registration and the relevant First Year students can obtain their personal class timetables from Friday, 6 February 2026, as described on the webpage (link above).
• Students must ensure that they indicate their preferred language of teaching during registration to ensure that they are allocated to groups which are offered in their preferred language – where applicable. In SUNStudent this is part of their Personal Information, i.e. “Preferred language of teaching”. If students neglect to complete the above-mentioned field during registration, they have to do it urgently before Wednesday morning, 4 February.
• First year students must obtain their class timetable with group allocation BEFORE classes start on Monday, 9 February.
• Students who register online must obtain their class timetable with group allocation before Wednesday morning, 4 February 2026 as the allocation process commences that afternoon.
